About NIXAM®

The term NIXAM comes from NIX Advanced Materials (Niguzamu)

Through many years of accumulated knowledge, we were able to develop a technique by blending the reinforcing additives in the base resin of the plastic, insect repellent products, conductors (such as the heat-resistant sliding property).

We have created a plastic material that will allow us to make any design possible.

Efforts to Material Development

While we encounter the developing stage for our wide variety of plastic parts, we have received different opinions from our customers.

Some of the comments that have propelled our products are the following:

  • “I’ve had trouble finding a supplier for this kind of parts in plastic ~”
  • “~ The performance of this resin material is good , please let me know if there are more heat-resistant products.”

As a company that turns nothing to something, we have heard our customers’ requests, which have encouraged us to keep on working on the material compound development aggressively to achieve a better product which each day that passes.

Material Development Process

This process takes place according to the needs of our customers.

We will follow the next steps at the moment of designing a product:

  1. Pre-design meeting

We would have a meeting to determine the features we would be aiming for.

  1. Creative Open Requested Procedure

Taking into consideration the points discussed in the previous meeting, we start the developing process by selecting the base resin as well as the formulation of the reinforcing agents and additives.

  1. New Materials Evaluation

After the formulation has been prepared, the product is subject to a variety of tests to measure the performance and evaluation of the functionality.

  1. Product Review

Once the formulation process has been successful, we create a specific product from the designed material. Using our molding factories to manufacture prototypes.

  1. Mass Production

If our customers feel satisfied with the prototype we have provided, we can mass produce the required quantity.
